Time for a bit of the lore. <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/D.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":D" title="Big grin    :D" data-shortname=":D" /> So Gwyn Lord of Cinder  (The Last boss of DS1 & the bugger who linked the flame first to save the age of fire) had three children according to his description. "Gwyn was succeeded by his children: his firstborn; the banished God of War who lost his status as a deity, his daughter Gwynevere; the Queen of Sunlight, and his lastborn Gwyndolin; his "repulsive [and] frail" son who Gwyn raised as a daughter due to his affinity for the moon. "In the first game both gwynevere & gwyndolin could be found. But there is nothing on the firstborn.And then comes Dark Souls III <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/D.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":D" title="Big grin    :D" data-shortname=":D" /> And here comes the boss "The Nameless King"The god of war who abandoned his fathers side (who killed the everlasting dragons to build the age of fire) and went and joined the dragons themselves <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/D.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":D" title="Big grin    :D" data-shortname=":D" /> Thus his name was never to be spoken again and he became the Nameless King <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/D.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":D" title="Big grin    :D" data-shortname=":D" />And when talking about the actual boss fight, this is the hardest boss battle I've fought in the entire Dark Souls III game <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/yes.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":yes:" title="Yes    :yes:" data-shortname=":yes:" />And one of my top two picks for the best & most memorable boss battle in Dark Souls III <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/D.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":D" title="Big grin    :D" data-shortname=":D" />Loved every minute of it. <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/love.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":love:" title="Love    :love:" data-shortname=":love:" /> Gave me creeps the first couple of times I fought the bugger. <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/D.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":D" title="Big grin    :D" data-shortname=":D" /> And when finally you think you won the battle, here comes the second part <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/D.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":D" title="Big grin    :D" data-shortname=":D" />Worth every freakin
