Avalanche  Studios recommends an Intel Core i7-4770 or an AMD Ryzen 5  1600 with  16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 or an AMD Vega 56  graphics  card. The game will also require 59GB of free hard-disk space. Unfortunately  the team did not specify what resolution, framerate or  details these PC  specs target. However Avalanche has also revealed the  official PC  requirement for running the game at 4K resolution. Now I  don’t know why  there is a CPU difference between the Recommended and  the 4K  requirements (normally a higher resolution stresses solely the  GPU and  has no affect at all to the CPU).But anyway, Just Cause 4 has  gone Gold and will be released on December 4th!
