They have some kind of a regional pricing scheme.But for some selected titles only and not all publishers does that either. steam supports it but the decision lies with the publisher I think, whether to offer it cheaper or not. and the amount varies as well. as I said SOTTR is $20 cheaper while AC Odyssey is only $3 cheaper. On Origin though all titles are cheaper.
