Hey guys I started playing Crysis warhead.I have set all the settings to high,will this damage my VGA?
(I have a EVGA 460gtx 1gb)

of course it can overheat if it is not properly cooled. it has nothing to do with the ingame settings.

I am using the stock cooler but my casing has a big fan(inwin IronClad) so I think it will be ok.

those days i played crysis frm my 9600gt vga with max settings and nothing happened. n nw im lso playing wit GTX460 vgas, datz way better dan 9600. make sure pwr supply z ok.

i am thinking about getting a HD5870 right now. HD6950 and HD6970 are so damn expensive, for the performance they give.
5870 is 17k (and not even the reference model! this is the Sapphire Vapor-X which runs 20C cooler than reference model)
6950 is 25k
6970 is 30k
(prices in Japanese YEN, and these are the cheapest prices I could find.)
