Garbage can be dumped in an artificial island off the coast of colombo !

Government should create a large artificial island where garbage can be dumped. It should be very far from Colombo view. In this way people will not protest. What ever the port city is doing , it should be given to them to make it quick to solve Colombo garbage problem. We need a proper functioning of Provincal and Munciple council to hold people accountable. We need the election very fast. Other wise the rot will stink the whole of Colombo.
