Gatha to give thanks to monks

Is there a certain gatha to thank Buddhist monks? If so, does anyone know the words? I think it starts with "seelawanthan gunawanthan".

ඕකට ගාථ කියන්න ඕනන්නේ නෑ බං. තම තමංගේ යුතුකම් ටික උන්නාසේලාට කරන්න. තම තමන්ම ඒහිපස්සික වූ ධර්මය තමා තුලින් බැලීම සිදුකොට අප්‍රමාදීව නිවන් දකින්න. ​
