Message: <blockquote data-quote="lkdood" data-source="post: 7878734" data-attributes="member: 92282">Sri Lanka's Education Minister is to propose  to Cabinet to introduce a new grading system for the GCE Ordinary level  examination.   Education Minister Bandula Gunawardena told the local media that he  would submit the proposal to Cabinet this week.   The new grading system is to include a 'Near Pass' grade.
