The United States will today submit to the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) the final version of the resolution on Sri Lanka.

After a number of meetings the United States has finalised the language of the resolution.

Sri Lanka’s representative minister Mahinda Samarasinghe is expected to address the UNHRC today. He will deliver a response to the U.S.-led resolution.

More updates as they come.
