Get 18-55 mm lens with Revers Adapter or Extantion Tube (Low Bajat)
or 100mm Macro Lens

Go for a 55-200mm F4 lens from Sigma or Tamron (for F mount of course). Dead cheap nowadays.
Aperture is small but nonetheless a good macro + telephoto lens
