It depends on the content of your site. Normally the ad on the top pays the highest cpc rate. Normally companies that are involved in niche luxury businesses pay more. So what you have to do is put some niche luxury content in your site so that those kind of ads are displayed. But remember those ads wont attract all your visitors as they are targetted at a specific segment.
Dont try to click your own ads, even through a proxy. You might get banned
