I think you can't. Google will catch you. Bcz of "Human Check" . If u opened a new account using your old acc's name and address and same website they will ban you forever.

But you can do one think, open a new account in any of your relation's name and address . then tell the google i bought this Site from old Owner. Bcz i did same thing.

Sorry Guys, i don't know sinhala. But i can tell you one simple tips that what i did.

I opened my second Adsense acc using my Uncle's name and address who living in Jaffna. with same URL. Adsense banned 2nd acc again. My uncle told them I bought this site from auctions. after that i never accessed that account. my uncle doing all
