Iam not sure cos ur VGA is low end so that PSU should be able to handle. But to be on the safe side get rid of it.

2 years warranty left from EPSI. Actually the card is only 2 months old cos the original Ultra I had burnt out I got a brand new one from Asus Taiwan for my RMA.
