This is stop strikes by University students and wasting time and money of other students and public. funds. Students do not care about wasting public funds. With strikes it takes longer to graduate. More over these students are of no benefit to country with out dated education system and materials. These students always migrate to foreign countries and never come back.  Privatized institutions work properly in all countries. Why subsidize this when there is no benefit to the country.  This is how it is in western countries. </blockquote>
