Sri Lanka Ministry of External Affairs says it will take legal action against certain human rights organizations over their response to the report of the Lessons Learnt and Reconciliation Commission (LLRC).
The Ministry alleges these institutions have made false statements regarding the LLRC report.
Deputy Minister of External Affairs Neomal Perera says that certain institutions have been identified as making false statements to the international community about the report.
He denied such statements and expressed regret over the behavior of these organizations.
