Even if it's genuine, why don't you go for a card with warranty. The extra few bucks you pay can be a lifesaver. Sometimes things could go wrong. Out of more than 50 nos of Gigabyte 1080 cards I use, the one my son was using at home developed an issue after about an year. One fan was getting stuck sometimes and then the graphics card gets heated up and the system crashes.  Today I returned the card and got a new one as a replacement because it has a 3 year warranty. Things do not go bad everytime but sometimes they do!</p></blockquote><p></p>
