Eventhough it says "lottery" it's not just based on your Luck machang..

They evaluate each and every profile and choose according to the vacancies in the country and the best people for that That's why they are asking about the qualifications and stuff

Yup, if your father won the Lottery, the whole family can go...

And yes, the education is damn cheap for citizens.. and what about the benefits..

I don't know about US citizens' benefits, but in Aussie... man.. Nothing to worry if you are a citizen.....

No interest education loans upto 20 - 30 yrs, $$$ for the children, Free medi care, $$$ when u're old...
