GREEN Loan interest rate ?

in FB i have noticed a loan type call GREEN loan,
as per the FB post which i have seen COM Bank interest rate in 12%
Do you have any idea about this and interest rate in other banks

Planning to go for it, to do a 5Kw on-grid solar system
I am getting 10+ electricity bill
