This happens to my relation.
On 26 June 2026, I used Uber Parcel to deliver an item valued at approximately LKR 8,700.
The driver accepted the trip but ended it before reaching the destination. The parcel was never delivered, but the trip was marked as completed in the app.
Despite multiple reports to Uber Support and providing all requested evidence, I have not received a proper resolution. Uber has confirmed they were unable to contact the driver and have suspended the account, but I have not been refunded or compensated.
I am now pursuing formal channels including a police complaint.
I am sharing this for transparency and accountability, not harassment. I simply want a fair resolution.
