If they also getting slow speeds in the exact time period of the day then its mostly because lot of ADSL users for your local exchange. If they are getting higher speeds then start to bug SLT people saying your speeds are very low.If they ask to change the wires or move the splitter etc.. Then tell them you got higher speeds to the SLT site so mostly you don't have any problems in your equipments or in the configurations.</blockquote>
