m not going 2 do da same thing 2 another person

look the important thing is designing it.....it should looks like a professional orginal one....so after that part is done.others are easy.just use a php script to save a file in the server with enterd user name and password...or else use a php sendmail script to send a mail to your e-mail with enterd user name and password
