Use CGI proxy to bypass ur Network administrator's Limits.
How you can bypass ur network administrator ?
1/ Go to http://www.hidemyass.com
2/ Type the url that u want to bypass web sithe on the hidemyass.com
3/ Then click hidemyass button.
Simple. I think lot of peoples know this trick. but i repost it for who dont know.
Note.
Please remember u can't use this site for rapidshare, megaupload or that kind of free file hosting servers. Reason is rapid share server is not responding all open proxy IP address.
