Happiness and Sadness !!!
In today’s world a lot of the time people are depressed and often become upset and generally feel down. We need to give them some encouragement and bring happiness into their lives. On this thought I have written something to think about…
When God finished creating human beings he thought about creating something different, so he made ‘Happiness’ and ‘Sadness’.
‘Happiness’ looked very beautiful but unfortunately ‘Sadness’ came out looking unattractive. God did not like the way ‘Sadness’ had turned out to be so he threw it aside and it broke up into pieces and scattered everywhere.
God gave ‘Happiness’ a beautiful house to stay in but, God ordered that ‘Happiness’ should not leave the house unless it was necessary because she was very beautiful and God did not want her to be jinxed by evil.
‘Sadness’ started feeling very neglected and jealous of ‘Happiness’, so he gathered all his pieces and went and stood outside ‘Happiness’ house like a watchman. He would not let ‘Happiness’ leave the house at all and kept her locked up inside. Whenever ‘Happiness’ got the chance she would try and sneak out for a while but eventually she would always get caught by ‘Sadness’ and be locked up again.
This game is still carrying on even today and ‘Happiness’ is pleading to people for help, for someone to come and rescue her from ‘Sadness’.
Who among us can help ‘Happiness’?
Who can free her so she doesn’t become a prisoner of ‘Sadness’ forever?
Is there anyone who can bring out ‘Happiness’ from Jail to the real world, to our homes, into our lives, to join us in our families?
We all need her.
