my mother board is & asus p5wdh deluxe &
cpu is E5200 dual core @ 2.5ghz @ cpu z says that
L2 CACHE IS 2048kbs , intel also confirms that on product page,
but, my motherboad says this,
manufacturer - intel
brand string - pentiumR dualcore cpu E5200 @2.5ghz
freequancy- 2500 fsb- 800mhz
cache L1 - 64KB
cache L2- 6144KB
cache L3 - 0KB
Ratio status - unlocked[max12- min 06]
Rtio actual value - 76

wat does this mean, the bios vertion is fully updated,
is it realy 6144kb cache,or bios bug..,or wtf...

    Where I'm now
Motherboard can't tell like that.It should be either a program like CPU-Z who has ring0 kernel level access to hardware or CPU string table or the motherboard BIOS.If BIOS reports that either BIOS can't support E5200 or corrupted .

As Intel Specification Sheets says, E5200 is 2.5 GHz, 800 MHz FSB, 45 nm, 2 MB L2 Cache Processor.

    Try Updating MOBO Bios.

    What is Your MOBO Model???
