The fantasy genre is very big. It ranges from high magic,epics,historic to vampires and werewolves.
You may like atleast some of it. I can recommend some fantasy books to read. I'm a fantasy fan myself. I have a feeling films ruin the fun that the books can give. Take for eg: the HarryPotter films. too much cut out and changed plotlines.

JK Rowling is one of the most imaginative writers of this time. Her command of the language makes her books fun to read. Also she can juggle with the characters fantastically. She is only second to one in my opinion.
I was sad because I was spoiled. The book, I think had the most deserving ending.
yup, INCLUDING nineteen years later AND the part where the you-know-what happens ( i hope u know wat im talkin bout, dont wanna give out to the ppl who havent read but i think its the end of 'the flaw in the plan') but all in all, A BRILLIANT book (EXCEPT the LAST chapter, i changed my mind bout the one before )

I have seen pdf html and lit versions on the net. I used IRC to download them. The #bookz channel at undernet.org has tons of ebooks.
