The real operator is Uzbek based Steppe Journeys. They do not offer discounts straight away, but do offer their trips through TourRadar (based in Austria)
TourRadar offers discounts up to even 70% off on certain tours sometimes. But Central Asias' you can usually get a max of 20% or so which is quite appreciable. Once you get the deal from TourRadar you can directly deal with Steppe to customise, add any places you wish to the itinerary if you wish.
