Headphone detect as speakers windows 7

My Mother board is GIGABYTE - Socket 775 - GA-G41MT-S2PT (rev. 2.1) , Installed Windows 7 64bit , all the drivers installed and sound also plying well the problem is when i plug headphone it not detect as headphone , but sound came from both , i tried to use realtek manager to separate the devices, but didn't work , here is Screenshot. please help , thank you.

uba front port ekatada rear port ekatada gahuwe? front ekata gahuwa nam ara oke right side eke analog wala front panel eke ubeh headphone eka gahapu port eka double click karala headphone kiyala select karapan. some time its not detected automatically
