If I assure you that I keep all patient information confidentiol and take necessory steps to prevent that information going to wrong hands, what could possibly go wrong.

Let me explain you what could possibly go wrong. When we follow the cource we were educated about why we should keep patient information confidential. When I explain it, you will realize how histerical you were.
Lets assume there is a patient who has a Sexual disability, If his collegues or friends got to know about this, it could be extreamly embarressing to that person. Therefor it is not ethical to talk about the patients problems outside the consultation room, right.

Any binding for any kind of medical treatment regardless what EVER you specify it as, you need to sign a legal biding with the patient.

Just because you put up a so called a Disclaimer won't protect you if a patient decides to sue you. Further, for any kind of service providing, you need to legally registered with the relevant ministry which has direct jurisdiction over your service.

In your case, it would be the Ministry of Health.

Particularly, if you are providing health services you have to be a registered professional with the Government of Sri Lanka and no exceptions will be entertained if you fail to comply to them in the court of law. You simply cannot even provide voluntary service when it comes to health.

No its NOT the same thing!! If you have ever taken Sinhala medicine then you would know that any "Weda Mahaththaya" the genuine ones I mean.. would ask you to stick to one kind of medicine be it western or ayurvedic... now that's assurance!!

If no one is primarily going for this.. what secondary effects does this distance healing has on the patient? that's why I've asked him to explain... besides how do we know which one is working the primary or the secondary?

For a patient with issues like Cancer, Heart.... time is important if this has no effect then he is wasting time & money!!!

Bodhipooja will not give you a power to pass exams or to heal your wounds... and Lord Buddha has never asked to worship the Bo-tree either... Infact at that time of Lord Buddha lived in India these are the kind of things that Lord Buddha have asked people to get rid of... what kind of things? worshiping trees and stones and whatnot....
