Thank you Mr.Jesu Nathan for your contribution to explanation on Ancient Pallava Thamil “Ola” “Ancient Pallava Thamil 'ola' scripts
(http://www.time.com/time/specials/packages/article/0,28804,2058044_2061021_2061023,00.html)
"That the humanity said to be started at Adam's peak (Adam's Mount/ Samanalakanda in Sinhala - සමනළ කන්ද "butterfly mountain", Sivanoli pathamalai in Tamil- சிவனொளி பாதமலை "sacred footprint mountain of Lord Siva" which is a 2,243 metres (7,359 ft) tall conical mountain located in central Sri Lanka),” etc.
And I would like to take you "Helawarigaya's"attention to the following facts too...
"It is interesting to note that the earliest Tamil inscription discovered in the Jaffna District is by a Sinhala king, namely Parakramabahu I(1153-1186) who ruled at Polonnaruwa. This inscription was found at the entrance to the famous Nakapusani-Amman Temple in the small island now know as Nainativu or Nagadipa; and it contains certain trade regulations concerning wreckages off the port of Uratturai i.e. present day Kayts (UCR. Vol.XXI, pp.63-70). In the words of Dr. Karthigesu Indrapala, the editor of this inscription and the Professor of History of the University of Jaffna, 'the fact that this edict was issued not by any subordinate official, but by the king himself shows that the monarch was in supreme control of the northern most region of the island (UCR.Vo.XXI,p.66)."

THE NAINATIVU TAMIL INSCRIPTION OF PRAKRAMABAHU I -(THE ENGLISH TRANSLATION)
"Foreigners must land and remain at Uraturai (Kayts) and they must be protected. If foreigners land at a new ports they should must at this port. If ships laden with elephants and horses, carry elephants and horses for the service of the Treasury and are wrecked a fourth share should be taken by the Treasury and the other (Three) parts should be lift to the owner. If merchant vessels are wrecked half share should be taken by the Treasury and the other half lift to the owner. These edicts are inscripted on Stone and Copper. There edict are promulgated DEVA PRAKRAMA BAHUJO".(by Ancient Jaffna)
And the points to discuss are..
1. Can This “KING PRAKRAMA BAHUJO” can apply taxes over this lands whereas the Tamil people who claimed that they were living generations in this islands and in Jaffna Peninsula in (1153-1186)?.
2. If King “PRAKRAMA BAHUJO” can control the human traffic plus the taxes on shipping/cargo lines by simply putting a casted Copper/Stone inscriptions, We have to agree to the fact that the power that he possessed and the control he had on his lands.
3. Why couldn’t any of this Tamil kings were not applied any taxes or stand against on this taxes if they really dominated their lands?..
4. Finally, what are the factors leads to remove the above Stone Inscription from where it is and build a 120 Meters high Hindu Kovil on the top of it??. And can anyone change the history by doing so??..
