If merchant vessels are wrecked half share should be taken by the Treasury and the other half lift to the owner. These edicts are inscripted on Stone and Copper. If King “PRAKRAMA BAHUJO” can control the human traffic plus the taxes on shipping/cargo lines by simply putting a casted Copper/Stone inscriptions, We have to agree to the fact that the power that he possessed and the control he had on his lands.</p><p> </p><p>3. Why couldn’t any of this Tamil kings were not applied any taxes or stand against on this taxes if they really dominated their lands?..</p><p> </p><p>4. Finally, what are the factors leads to remove the above Stone Inscription from where it is and build a 120 Meters high Hindu Kovil on the top of it??.
