Help Can't access elakiri website

I Can't access elakiri website since last Thursday. I tried with IE, FFox, and Chrome. The only way I can access is through anonymouse.org (or similar sites)
I have the SLT Office 2MB connection.

I have the same issue. always i need to use proxy to login. i have this issue since yesterday.
