About the propritery driver you said, I tried to install it but get stucked in the step "building the kernel". I have extracted the kernel source to "/usr/src"  according to the tutorial. But I can't run make xconfig command. It says  " Unable to find QT development libraries...Install pkg-config " or something like that. I've searched using yum the "pkg-config" but it says theres nothing called pkg-config in "livna" repository. I thought that building the kernel for this is useless cause this driver is old and I'm using the latest fedora 8 x86_64 version.( I thought the support for the modem is included in the kernel that installed in fedora 8 by default) . So I skip the steps for building kernel and started to build the driver they said. Still I cant get it compiled.( There are lots of errors showing in the terminal.) Because I'm new to fedora I really can't understand what it says.</p></blockquote><p></p>
