I don't think this driver is a 64 bit supported one. Therefore dont waste your time on compiling this driver. Even though, they have asked for the QT libraries (I dont know exactly what is the Library) , not the "pkg-config". so its normal that u havent got an answer. . Accourding to current  situation, there are 2 options available to u.1. Directly contact the Prolink Customer care service, and demand them a driver- mention that u r running a 64 bit version.2. Take the Driver source and the usb modem to the Lnux Centre located in nugegoda. They will be able to help you.
