HELP ME ON ROUTER

hey guys i have USRobotics single port router...........though it was fine during the last few months from the time i bought it, now since last week while im in the internet sometimes it just gives the message 'NETWORK AREA CABLE UNPLUGGED" and disconnects but soon connects automatically...........its really irritating when im having an online conversation or video call............DOES ANYBODY GOT A CLUE ABT THIS??????????????

do u check lease expire on router settings?and check ur microfillter and wire connections also
i use USR 4port router for a long time without any problem

hows ur power supply?i too have a usr single port router.whenever the power supply is not stable(low voltage).the connection drops and connects by itself.

i had the same prob with microfillter and wireing;so CLI didn't work;internet disconnection when picup the handset;i rewired and checked fillter and now everything works perfect

k anyway infact this all began when i replace my previous power supply once it got wrecked.but the former was 400w the latter 450w.... so can their be a relationship with the problem.......or can it cause due to a loose connection

macho its not the wattage.check the voltage you get.if its too low this thing happens.

yeah.from 6pm to 9 pm theres a drop in my power line.may be the same thing happens to you too.connect the power adapter of your router to UPS and see.it might help if your UPS has come with a stabiliser
