Help me please

Dear friends,

This is a different kind of help i'm asking. It's not about software,songs, or computer related.

Can any one tell me who is the best psychiatrist in Sri lanka or any private hospital where i can find a good doctor. It's for a friend of mine who is suffering from a serious mental disorder.
I know there are good hospital in Kandy and Kurunegala but not sure about the doctors.

Your help will be appreciated..

Dr. Diyanath Samarasinghe
He works at Angoda Hospital. Check at private hospitals; I'm not sure where he can be channeled.
