BTW guys knw a place to buy sum RAM sinks?.Forgot to get it via my uncle(actually Ihadn't had money to buy them)I need to stick them into the VGA and power regulators on the mobo.

Stinking and heating doesnt hav sumthing in common and GPUs need well cooled coz they r tend to fry them selves and get short lifes.
And I saw u have had talked about X1950 series by ATI.here is sumthing to knw.
I own a Sapphire Radeon X 1950XT 256MB.
ATI radeon cards are made by sapphire too.
Those X1950 pro,XT hav the X 1900XTX reference cooler that is not up to RV580+.So aftermarket cooling is needed instead if u r a HIS or Powercolor owner which hav gr8 stockcooling.U have to cool the VRMs coz they tend to get very hot.If not u'll get D27 lit up in shiny Red.

A proof for me.Batau has removed his custom tec coolimg from his GECUBE Radeon X1950XT and replaced it with Zalman VF900-Fatal1ty cooler and few RAM sinks.temps got lowered idle/load from 52/42 and 65/51.

But those temperatures are no big deal. Such a GPU can handle 80C-90Cwithout much problems.

80G SATAII -5.5k
Generic PSU+case with stylish side panel + case feet-3.5k
Logitech KB+mouse-1.5k
Sony DRU 820A-5.3k
It cost around 65k.Monitor and sounds would add up to 80k.U can lower it with C2D but I dont recommend a PD over a C2D.Anusha might help with this config.This was built for a bit of sound editin for my one of crazy frnds who hav a room called a studio with 4 walls hav 4 colours .lolzzzzzzz
