Title says it all.. main concern is fat burning (abs) .. so please people help me to pick one of these..

my advice is that u go n hit the gym macho
i'm not blowing my own trumpet but i lost 13 kilos in 12 days (sessions) in the time frame of 1 n half months
so consider going to a gym
