Help needed about .sch.lk schoolnet

Anyone who knows about schoolnet hosting?
need a urgent help

I am developing the official site of our school, and it is created using Joomla.
Currently, it is hosted in a separate server located in USA.

But, We are going to apply for .sch.lk domain through schoolnet, so, I want to transfer the site from my server to schoolnet server after registering the domain.

When transferring there's no problem with the files as I can backup it and upload it to the sch server. But, the problem now, is MySQL database.
I don't know whether schoolnet server has phymyadmin or similer programs to import databases.
So, How do I do it?
