help needed to buy iPhone

hi Guys,

I am thinking of buying an iPhone. But i dont know what is the best place to buy and the best prise range in Sri Lanka. I can efford maximum 40000 at the moment

I dont like to purchase online as I have some bad experiences with the poor quality of phones sold by eBay. please share your thoughts regarding this.
