Help needed with 5.1 speakers

I have got a Philips MMS460 Sorround speaker system that a buddy of mine brought from Dubai. He has forgotten to bring the connector jack. It says I need 3 or 3.5mm stereo jack, 3 out,3 in (orange,black,green) to connect the sub to the pc soundcard or a DVD/AMP.

Please tell me from where can I find this jack. Pitakotuwe 2nd cross street eke kadawal 2ka withara baluwa. Unta pic pennala ahuwa. Eth no luck. Pls help.
