HELP NEEDED!!

Currently I am facing two issues in my laptop,
1. I am unable to access google search from chorme address bar it gives the following error message. I have tried all the other browsers as well.

"The web page at https://www.google.com/search?q=udana&oq=udana&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8&gws_rd=ssl might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED"

2. I cannot stream videos in some sites.(http://www.couchtuner.eu/) once the entire file is downloaded only video play. I cannot stream the video instantly. I have to let it load fully and then it will play. This issue does not happen in Youtube. Youtube videos are playing fine.

Have any of you faced the same issue as me??? Appreciate if you can help me out. I have tried all the options but still no luck

2)Do you have internet download manager installed by any chance?

1) I cannot access google from any other browser. I tried IE and Firefox as well. Still no luck

2) Yes i am using IDM
