Help to choose a vehicle

I am going to purchase my first car. My budget is around Rs.2.3Mn. I am wishing to go for Honda Fit Petrol(2007). But I heard that Honda Fit models get some gear box issues (As it includes with a CVT gear box). Is it true?? I do lack knowledge on Automobiles because purchasing one will be my first experience in using a one. Please help me with this guys.....

Machan don't worry too much.... 2007 Fit Aria couldn't get a gearbox issue unless you are really unlucky. But when choosing the car look very careful for the gearbox. But in my opinion you should be Ok with the gear box. I own 2003 Fit aria.
