since yesterday i'm trying to create a paypal account.
when i fill the form 2nd stage it ask for Enter Billing Information. in that it ask home telephone no. i enter as 011xxxxxxx.
but it says Home Telephone: The phone number is not properly formatted.
please anyone who as paypal account can you help
