Help to watch .rar files

Pleas tell me anybody, how can I watch the .rar files. All the elakiri dvd downloadble files are like this format. if any body know pls tell me. Thanks.

first uhave 2 install rar extracting software.u can dwnld it 4m da internet.then rit clik on the file and clik extract .then u cn watch them.
