help~WIN 7 partition porblem~help

I tried to partition my hard drive but every time i did that, it would last until the next reboot.after the reboot partition become hidden.I've tried every known thing but no use....
I've got

• GEN 2 INTEL core i7 2600 3.40GHz
• 8 GB RAM
• 2 GB NVIDIA Gforce GT 520
• 2TB hard drive
• runs on WIN 7 home premium

any help please

the drive letter is disappeared every time i reboot the machine.
