Help with Buying a SD/SDHC Memory Card in SL

Hi all, i need to buy a memory card for my camera. i am planning to buy a 8GB/class 6 (speed) one. I can get a kingston one from ebay for 21USD. if i buy it from ebay, will it get taxed by the customs on arrival?

how much will a SD/SDHC 4GB Class 6 card cost in SL?
