Could be your Windows is screwed up.
Are you getting this error when using it or opening it?

I think you must Format & reinstall your OS. It's better...

If you can't try to remove all SysRegistry entries using 'Registry Mechanic' or any Soft like that... & Reinstall that again...

Anyway, the best Solution is Format & ReInstall your OS...
& Install that Soft before install others...
