Help_Dell Laptop Error

I hv new dell 3537 i3 4th gen and OS Win8.1 Bios ver A07

This laptop restarted sometimes and I checked event viewer; Event viewer says" The processor 2 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in the this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since last report"

Is this a common case? I saw there is a Bios new ver A08, that ver can solve this issue? Dear IT experts I hope you valuable advices pls. thank you .

I Had same problem my laptop restarts with a beep sound. i got new motherboard replaced from abans.

do your laptop still under warranty ? if so take to them. they will fix it for you

bro never ever go for dell 3537,3527,3521,3517, cz all these laptops r having company faults, i baught 3517 from singapure with international warranty, used just 2months and machine went off both machine and charger, it was not a power failiure, i have retured it to singapure and they are asking for either refund or series change,so i went for 1st option refund,thanks

more power option > change plan settings > change advance power settings gihin restore plan defaults dala balanna
