IDIOTS.It could be neurotic disorder in the brain. nerves passing signals to the brains lacks continuity like watching a video on the internet with frames skipping and sound not synchronizing with motion.We have so many GP Docotors but not many specialist in Children's health care.I wonder what our current statistics of how many and in what areas our doctors  are specialist in our country is???... for sure NOBODY KNOWS.GOOD LUCK Man.</blockquote>
