well here are the price but I am concern Mobitel is best coz I used Dialog WImax/HSDPA but both are not worth just Worst.!

if you want to buy mobitel then I can tell you the Signal Strength is best always 100% in some times(rain) 90%<
but dialog always GPRS or EDGE you have to move near to tower .!
