Usual story line stuff are completely irrelevant, and what absolutely matters is the amount of woke approved stuff they have been able to cram in.
I'm thinking in the lines of Ashka now being a Trans man who has Impregnated Paul's father, who has undergone surgery to have a womb but still identifies as He/Him, and he has birthed a gender neutral child who is both Black & Hispanic.
Also, Paul now identifies as a Cement mixer, and is the stay at home Father of 10 hypoallergenic cats, who gets severe PTSD when someone gets the pronoun wrong. Rihanna finds that she is 90% aboriginie, and discovers that Portal and power suits are powered by the systemic racism of the subatomic particles. She uses Critical Race Theory to finally bring Quantum Physics and Gravity together to form a Grand Unification theory and thereby reverses climate change. She posits that Einstein failed to do so because of his toxic masculinity.
Something along that lines will probably win an Emmy for the Best Picture at the Bafta, and Australian government will probably petition the Nobel committee to award a price for the most progressive film to date.
